Therefore, it is better if you use the contact form before the phone call. We always try to answer your questions as soon as possible, but please be patient if you do not receive an answer immediately. We often respond to dozens of user questions in several languages and countries. If possible, communicate in English, Czech, Polish or Slovak. We have to translate other languages, and sometimes we don't understand exactly what you're asking. Therefore, ask questions simply and clearly. Thank you for your understanding.
