We always try to answer your questions as soon as possible, but please be patient if you do not receive an answer immediately. We often respond to dozens of user questions in several languages and countries. If possible, communicate in English, Czech, Polish or Slovak. Returned goods

Are you not satisfied with the delivered goods?
